Selected work

Results mean more when the decisions behind them are visible.

Each case study records the starting condition, the work completed, the source used to verify the result and the limits of the evidence.

01

Starting conditionWhat the client could prove before the work.

02

Decision and changeWhat was prioritised, built or stopped.

03

Source and periodHow the result was measured and compared.

Case library

Read the work by market and commercial problem.

Filters change the visible set. Every detail page includes the challenge, approach, delivery record and measured outcomes.

Evidence standard

We do not turn one good number into a complete story.

01

Name the comparison period.

A percentage without dates, seasonality or the previous base can mislead.

02

Name the source.

Analytics, CRM, ecommerce and ranking systems measure different parts of the journey.

03

Separate activity from outcome.

More pages, clicks or impressions do not automatically mean better commercial quality.

04

State what else changed.

Pricing, sales capacity, stock, market demand and product changes can affect the result.

How to read a case

Look for the sequence, not only the final figure.

A useful case study shows when the work started, when meaningful changes were released, how long the market needed to respond and when the result was checked.
